These services remain available until 12:00 noon on the day of check-out. An extension until the afternoon may be requested, subject to availability and at an additional charge.

Yes. The pool is open from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, and access is free for all guests. Umbrellas and sunloungers by the pool are available at an additional charge, subject to availability.

Sunloungers and umbrellas on the beach are included in your stay. A front-row spot is available on request at an additional charge. To check availability and costs, please contact reception.

Check-in is available from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival, while check-out must be completed by 10:00 am on the day of departure.

Breakfast is served every morning from 7:30 am to 10:00 am.

The bar is open daily from 10:00 am to midnight.

Yes, the hotel offers two stay packages designed for guests who wish to enjoy a holiday with added comfort and included services: Relax and Open. Both packages include buffet breakfast, Wi-Fi, parking, and use of bicycles.

The Relax package also includes beach service with 1 umbrella and 2 sunloungers, as well as a beach towel.

The Open package also includes 1 umbrella and 2 sunloungers by the pool, a beach towel, bathrobe, beach bag, minibar with soft drinks, slippers in the room, deluxe courtesy set, kettle with coffee and tea, one entrance ticket per person to Caribe Bay during the park’s opening periods, and late check-out until 12:00 noon.

Front-row beach spots are not included in either package, but may be requested at an additional charge, subject to availability.

Lunch is served from 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm, with an à la carte menu featuring fresh dishes prepared by our kitchen, along with a self-service dessert buffet. Dinner is served from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm and includes table service for the main courses, as well as a generous buffet of starters and vegetables. A complete dining experience in our seafront restaurant in Jesolo, just a few steps from the beach.

The restaurant does not offer full board, but guests can choose half board, which includes breakfast and dinner. For lunch, an à la carte menu is available, with light and tempting dishes to enjoy on the terrace overlooking the sea.

Yes. In addition to Venice, you can easily reach the islands of the lagoon — Murano, Burano, and Torcello — by ACTV vaporetto from Punta Sabbioni. For information on excursions and connections, please contact reception.

Venice is about 20 km away as the crow flies and can be reached easily in several ways. The most convenient and scenic option is the ATVO bus + motorboat service: from Jesolo, take the bus to Punta Sabbioni and, from there, the ACTV motorboat (lines 14 and 15), which takes you directly to Riva degli Schiavoni, just a short walk from St Mark’s Square.

Alternatively, you can take the direct ATVO bus to Piazzale Roma and continue by vaporetto. In summer, tourist motorboats also depart directly from the coast. For timetables and tickets, our reception staff will be happy to assist you.

Yes, several parking options are available. The covered indoor parking area has 10 spaces and is available for a fee, by reservation. The outdoor parking area at the hotel is uncovered and free of charge, and this is also where you will find the charging points for electric cars. In addition, an extra free parking area is available just 100 metres from the hotel.
